I have known Heidi over 10 years and had the opportunity to work with her for a few years. Heidi was the Business Manager where I was employed. It didn’t take long to see her commitment to the job, her co-workers, and clients. She always went above and beyond to help her employees, or anyone who came to her with a question. Her follow through to finish a project or commitment was commendable. One reason for her success was when given tasks she would approach them head-on. Heidi was never shy in asking questions or direction prior to starting any task. When Heidi was given a task, she took it head-on and didn’t stop until the job was done.
